Hi, I’m new to this forum and need some help.
I’ve been printing a large project passing about 30Kg white and gray Hyper-PLA (Creality) over the past three months on a K1 MAX, without issues.
I did upgrade the hot-end with a Microswiss unit after about 10Kg.
Recently, I ordered another 6KG grey Creality Hyper PLA and got the worst results ever. This while using the same software and slicing settings.
I had the same results from two separate rolls in the batch.
Then I ordered another 4KG of gray from a different batch that gave the same results.
PS. White Hyper PLA prints 100 percent.
I replaced the spindle holder as it had some groves and could interfere with feeding filament.
Replaced the PTFE tube
Removed and cleaned the extruder
Installed a new nozzle (0.4mm)
Updated software
Using Creality Hyper PLA “Standard” (default) configuration, I ran the calibration temperature and flowrate.

What else can I do or check to help resolve this issue?
