I am trying to print the below item and for the size (length of filament) the print time seems way way to long, almost doubled what I think it should be.

Change your setting so you can see all options. Expert or advanced i believe. Go to your speed. Probably your small perimeter is set to about 20mm/s usually this is slower due to accuracy on small parts you can increase the speed or adjust what perimeter is defined as small. Hope this helps
