On the creality print app, I cannot access the camera on the device tab, it doesn’t show the entire screen (as shown on the instruction manual) where I can choose the device to open and view the progress of the print, or control the printer.

On this screen next to the printer you will find it’s IP address, make a note of this.
Now open your browser of choice, in the address line enter the IP address (ensure you use the dots}
And Creality cloud will open with camera views and printer details.
You will probably have to register your printer details first though, cant remember as I did this some time ago.

i had to download the app to bind the printer to my cloud account, but after that it connected. thank you!
does anyone know how to fix the creality print app so that it works properly? this work around works, but the IP changes every time the printer turns on, so it’s a bit annoying, and it’s a bit slow.
