I had an error that after looking into it fixed it by replacing the strain gauge sensor and the tool head main board now I am able to print again. The error was TE2762. I just finished a bed full for a teacher and dental office.

I had the same issue and it took almost 2 months to resolve. The first thing they recommended was the starin gauge. Did not fix the issue. Then replaced main board, then data cable, then back and forth with testing sending logs and finally they sent another stain gauge and it worked. Most likely, they sent a defective strain gauge the first time… ![]()
I had the same issue but once I replaced the strain gauge sensor and the main tool head board my k2 worked with no issues.
