Printing Problem

Hello. First of all, I want to point out that I am a complete amateur. This is my 3rd print  Generally, I have a few questions.

  1. Are these protruding dots seams? How can I improve their appearance?

  2. The lid was printed with supports, I have the impression that the first layers of the element on the supports are somehow wrong. Can this be configured somehow?

  3. The PETG was stringing a bit, for example, passing over this empty space, or from one element to another. Moisture? Or can this be remedied?

I also had a problem that on the first layer - and probably not only - the printer did not make a certain circumference. There was a piece left not “flooded” with filament. In general, can you write what else I could improve. I see a few imperfections, but I am not quite able to indicate what and how can be improved. It seems to me that maybe the layer height is a bit too high? (0.24) Thank you for your answers:)
