Prints releasing during wait for filament change

I have a quick question. I have a CR-10 V2 and everything works fine. When I print I am using PLA at 220 - 50 with a brim. Everything is fine except if I run out of filament during the night (very large prints). The issue is when the printer stops to allow a filament change the bed and head cools down. When the bed cools down my prints release. I get round this by adding kapton tape to the brim. BUT is there something I can change that keeps the bed at temperature during the wait for a filament change?

I’m not sure if you can set bed Temperature in Fluidd after the print starts. Worth a try. You might be able to get away with a pre-heat on the bed to give the material a chance to soften and re-adhere. All theoretical solutions, but worth a try.
