Je viens d’acquerir un graveur laser falcon 2 pro, j’essaie de faire fonctionner la camera pour pouvoir la calibrer avec lighburn, la camera est reconnue mais je n’ai aucune image sur l’ecran.
Quelqu’un aurait-il une solution?

So you can open the Camera in VLC media player? It is nothing else than a webcam on the Falcon 2 Pro technically, connected via a seperate USB cable. If you can open it with VLC (close it and all other programs again before you try with Lightburn, as only one program can claim the camera), have you set the webcam privacy settings in a way that Lightburn is not allowed to access the camera?

the problem was due to a setting on my PC. I was able to get the camera working correctly with my Mac.

I just bought my Falcon 2 Pro, and when I set up the camera, it's not giving me a video signal. I can see it in other Windows applications, but not in Falcon or Lightburn. What settings did you configure on your PC?
Is the camera still open in one of these other programs? Only one program can access it at a time.
Also have you checked the camera privacy settings of the OS?
