Problem with Brand New K2 Plus Comb0

A few weeks ago I bought a K1 Max unboxed it . tried it and had noting but problems with it so sent it back .I then ordered a K2 Plus we sat and watched Creality video on YouTube about unboxing we followed every single step . Today I set the machine up got to where the machine runs through the diagnostic and it stops telling me there is a problem with beak fan . I am extremely disappointed we turned the machine off and on and very time we got to the self test it failed . We need a big colour printer and this seems ideal but I am seriously beginning to wonder after 2 bad experiences if I should buy another brand . I did not even have the option to upgrade the firmware as I could not get past the self diagnostic test . Has anyone else had this issue ? If so how on earth did you resolve it . Soo disappointed I did not even get the chance to try it out and now I have had to put the thing back into the box it has taken over an hour to get it all back into the box I am incredibly frustrated !!!

Maybe you can do a manual firmware update with usb stick.
Got my k2 with cfs 7 januari got more then 173 prints. Had some problems with error codes like the belt tension (manual tension with the screws fixed it) . And need to do a z-offset when i print anything else then pla.

Extruder fan making dying noise creality sending a replacement. Email contact just take around 24 48 hours when you type a email account that the are using translate software. Just only tel the problem dont tel to much.

Dont download print presets from creality cloud the break your printer somehow, a couple of times i try that and had more error codes then you can find on the wiki. Even after that i needed to do a factory reset to fix it. Slice them yourself.

I am really happy with the printer coming from a ender 3 s1 pro and a psp. Software is not that good got problems with support in creality slicer Orca slicer no problems with support.

Hi Martin thanks for your reply I have sent it back . I am not going to spend that amount of money and be plagued by problems with it . it was collected this morning . What I am going to do is I am going to order another from the supplier .IF I have the same problem then it will be the final time that I get a printer from Creality it will be sent back perm and I will go an order a brand new FL Sun. I am just not going to put up with printers having such problems EVER

Hope you get a good one. Crazy to say that for a new product. Normally stuff like this i want to buy at a shop and transport it myself. Hope you send a update when you have your new printer.

So following on from my previous post I sent back the k2 plus and ordered another now interestingly enough when the second one came it had things in it that were clearly missing from the first such as the toolkit first ne just had a few Allen keys , no instruction manual nothing. However I set up the K2 plus and waited for it and hooray It gets through its first test. I am now happy and decide to send it a lare print of a ventriloquist puppets head as I make them . It failed and I have started to get error message after error messaxxn xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I want and need a big printer but I sm not well I am a cancer patient and having to repack these machines to send them back really takes it out of me . I understand with any new product you can get glitches but this is ridiculous I have checked every tube for blockages I have none . All my problems started once I got a blockage I dealt with it then printed off the little boat and it was fine then it failed when I calibrated machine it started smacking into side and reported buffer over run this is not good at all
