Problem with connecting Scan Bridge Raptor series to WiFi

Hello.

I can’t connect the Scan Bridge to a WiFi network.

I do short press the power switch on Scan Bridge, WiFi status indicator turns blue and doesn’t flashes. It burns constantly. When I use my phone to scan the wireless QR code of the scan bridge to connect to WiFi, the phone says that the “creality_scan_pocket” network could not be found.

A laptop with a WiFi6 adapter does not find “creality_scan_pocket” when searching for devices to connect.

As it turned out unfortunately, after turning on the Scan Bridge, the power output does not have the necessary voltage to turn on the scanner.
I have assembled an adapter for the ability to measure the output voltage of Scan Bridge to power the scanner.

I do short press the power switch on Scan Bridge, WiFi status indicator turns blue and doesn’t flashes.

The scanner did not turn on. The Scan Bridge does not provide the required power supply voltage for the scanner.

Has anyone come across this?

Has anyone disassembled the Scan Bridge for repair?
