I’ve installed the K1 Max CFS upgrade and it went well. However, when I try to print, the CFS feeds properly, it makes a poop but when that’s done, the build plate comes up and locks the hopper so the nozzle is trapped. I have to shut the K1 Max off and manually move the print head out. It has worked properly a few times, but it does this 90% of the time. It says the firmware is the latest. Any ideas?
You said latest firmware, but the firmware for the CFS currently comes with the kit in a USB stick, not the latest as reported from the current firmware.
Yes. When you install the new firmware from the stick, you can then go into the Settings menu. There is a choice to Check Firmware Version and a box with the new firmware version shows there. When you click on that, it says it is the latest version. Supposedly, the version on the stick will then upgrade OTA.
