Problem woth CFS

The printer worked flawlessly until I replaced the 2 original filaments in the CFS system with PLA from Bambu Lab, Glow Blue and Onyx Black. The printer printed the Benches and I started printing the shark model. The print stopped when I wanted to change the filament from Glow Blue CFS to Onyx Black. Then CFS had a problem pulling the filament back and could not feed the second one. I manually removed the filament, cleaned the extruder and checked all elements 3x to make sure everything is OK. I am 200% sure that the entire tube system is ready for work. Nevertheless, it seems to me that the system received information from the sensor that the extruder is clogged and even though there is nothing there, the system does not want to clear the error. I can print with the side spool, but when I want to use CFS, I get information that the filament from the side spool has been detected and the filament must first be withdrawn from the system, I do it, but when I repeat the operation using CFS, I get the same information. I tried to reset the printer to default settings, but to do this the system tells me to remove the filament from the extruder, which is not there.
Has anyone had this problem and how can I fix it? Is it possible to perform a hard reset and reinstall the firmware?

#refund till they get their quality under control

I am having similar issues. Can use the side spool without issues. I have only been able to get one single color benchy to print through CFS. It feeds filament all the way through the system to hot end then throws error can retract and retry over and over with no luck

I solve my problem. Filament detector in hot end was broken. I replace with spare one and it works with no issues. Check that You dont have any filament stuck in extruder, when You gonna be 100% sure that everything is clean but You still see blue light inside extruder then replace filament detector and should be fine.

take it you done the update…try factory reset after installing the firmware …i did this and sofar so good …but i do get what saying with the petg

I ended up having a piece of filament stuck in the way by the gear, that was causing some sensor issue, but I did put a shorter PTFE tube from the CFS to the buffer as well. I have mine on a shelf above the unit, and I am not sure if the longer cable was causing issues. Creality has posted something that the longer cables could cause issues. Either way I got my 4 color benchy to print

Let me know if then CFS works beter and pls if You have Glow in Dark PLA try to print calibration cube with CFS. I’m curious if shorter tubes can solve my issue with retracting filament when I’m using Glow in Dark PLA
