Problems after Sonic Pad firmware upgrade V1.0.6.54.20

I recently loaded the latest firmware for my Sonic Pad, V1.0.6.54.20, to find I am no longer able to print from a USB stick. When I went to copy from the USB to the local drive an error message “File Copy Failed” came up.
I tried reinstalling the previous version of firmware via USB but this process failed.
Has anyone else had this experience.

I have the exact same problem and this is the first post I’ve seen about it.

I found a partial solution: save the file in the same way on the USB, but you will need to print it through the application on the creality cloud phone, print from usb and everything starts

Having the same issue now. Tried renaming it to a single letter still no go. Also tried copying it to local will not go. When the cloud software and USB says not available. Any suggestions that you found?

I have had a reply from the Creality R&D team they suggested removing any spaces or special characters from the file name which seemed to solve my problem.

Yes its worked for me ,i have faced same issue .but resolved once i re-named with no special char , Caps and Numeric.
