Problems with booting up Ender 3 V3 KE after removed co print KCM & reinstalling stock print head

Hi everyone, I recently bought an ender 3 v3 KE off of ebay that had the co print 4 color KCM upgrade removed. I successfully rebuilt the 3d printer (gantry, print head, X axis belt tensioning etc), after initially turning it on, it allowed me to go through the settings without issue, but I realized the bed and nozzle temp were showing 0/0 and even after inputting a temp nothing would change, the fans also could not be turned on. I was able to get the printer connected to my wifi, but I began to notice that many of the buttons on the UI wouldn’t load anything. I tried to reset the settings, klipper, and guppy firmware but everytime it would just show an “initializing” pop up and never do anything. I suspected that maybe there was an issue with the cables and ribbon plug ins so i checked all of those. After a few tries, now the ender will not get past the Creality loading screen, yet all of the rest of the printer seems to turn on (light on Cr-touch, humming, etc.). I tried installing the KE latest firmware via usb drive (properly formatted) but that did nothing.

The guy I bought it from gave me the IP address and to connect that way, but that does not work either.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? the printer otherwise is in great condition and I dont want to sell it for parts.
