Hello guys i am lost trying to repair my K1 C. The extruder got clogged so i removed the extruder assembly and unplugged the stepper motor. I don’t know if this has any bearing, but I forgot to turn the printer off before and I realized while I was unclogging the module so i turned it off. once the jam was freed, I put everything back together, plugged everything in, and tried to use the extruder function. After heating up to 220, the printer flashed the error code 2001: Unknown exception when it got to the actual extrude step. When i try to just start a print, it will start, but then it will remain in the nozzle cleaning stage pausing after it heats up, then it cools down, I hit resume and it doe the same thing.
