PROFILE LOST?

Hi,

I’m logging in with my google account as I always did, and it made me create a new profile so I lost all the perks associated with my old profile ???

How can I fix this ?
I tried logging out?in
logging manually, tried multiple things

if a mod could contact me directly to fix this, that’ll eb great
