Can we buy a printer by paying to a bank account (via a proforma invoice to a European company with a VAT number) ?

This would likely be a question for the store team within your region. You should be able to find the store email address for your region at the bottom of the store page.

I’m in the same situation. I ordered a K1 three weeks ago and it was lost or stolen with FedEx and not delivered. I tried to cancel by starting a Creality ticket with no solution. So I tied to order again and now it has not shipped in e days. I cannot reach Creality to figure this out. I can only talk with Bots n emails. I’ve the on the phone and can’t get anyone to help?

I don’t know if you’ve done this but the first thing would be to file a claim with FedDex right away…
