Raptor Pro not been detectected on windows 11

Trying to connect my new Creality Raptor Pro to my WIndows 11 workstation. I see its been detected in device manager

but Creality Scan says

I’ve double checked Windows 11 permissions. They seems to be okay too

I’ve also try this Creality Raptor Pro on Macbook, it works without any issues. I’ve tried to update firmware via Macos, Update was successfull but it didn’t help the situation on my Windows 11 machine.

I’m using latest build of Windows 11 with latest updates

Any advices?

One thing I noticed is sometimes Creality scan won’t see the scanner even if pc sees it when Creality scan is up to date but the scanner is not updated, if you can see on your MacBook check it the scanner needs to firmware update, it’s happened to me a few times before

That was the first thing I’ve tried. I’ve updated firmware to the latest version via my MacBook. Unfortunately it did not solved the issue on my WIndows 11 workstation

Have you written the support? Do you have the log files? Maybe upload them in the function in Creality Scan. Or mention the serial number on the scanner, usually they can identify it that way.

Have you written the support?

Yep! That was the first I’ve done. Still got no answer from them

Do you have the log files?

I guess i can dump them, but I do not know how. Support just told not me not to worry and wait for their response on email after I had provided them a serial number and purchase order number
