Raptor Scanner Blue Light stop showing on creality Scan

Hi, I’ve started scanning again after some months and after updating everything I’ve found that I cannot complete any blue light scanner couse of a bug.

I’ve tried plugged and wifi, with 1.35 and 1.38 firmware.
My gpu is a 5070ti with the latest drivers (tried both game ready or studio).

The problem:

When I start scanning, everything is ok, but suddenly the blue lines dissappear on the app, but still working on the scanner, and only captures the marker dots on the screen, no new data.

After that, if I try scan again, then appear a new gpu error (while already having the latest drivers). And I have to close the app to start again.

Sometimes is one minute of scanning, sometimes only seconds.

If someone knows something, I will apreciate some help.

I’ve been testing it with my laptop (gpu 4070) and works fine.

Maybe the new gpus are not fully supported yet??

Having the exact same issue, Nvidia 5080. seems there a few of us with the same issue on 50 series cards

Exact same issue here 5070ti new computer, reinstalled drivers and no progress, scans for about 5-10 sec then stops adding points while keeping tracking

I feel like it has to do with tracking, as soon as I lose tracking for whatever reason or however short the interruption, it stops adding points.
similarly also scanning point cloud first works, but when I try to start scanning the model it will not add a single point
