Raptor x 3d scanner 0x138D Error Code

I just bought my Raptor X scanner. I’ve calibrated it twice before without any problems. Now, when I try to calibrate it, I get the error code 0x138D. I’ve tried it on another PC, but nothing works. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What should I do?

I solved the problem by reverting to version 1.1.17
