Removing the printed piece from the bed

Hi, I have the Ender 3V2 NEO that includes a flex bed. Which is the best method of removing the piece reducing the chances of damaging it?
Do I remove the piece immediately after the printing ends and while the bed is hot?
Or should I let the bed cool down first?

let the bed cool and it should be an easy flex of the bed. i often remove the bedplate to let it cool quicker.
