My Hi has jammed so many times, and I have replaced both the extruder and hot-end, and the wires are frayed and damaged. I soldered a fracture in one of the wires and now a connector has fallen off and another looks like it will soon do so.
All I want is a complete set of the wires that connect the extruder to the circuit board. Not easy to replace by user as 3 different connector types are used! Creality Canada cannot order as I don’t have a part number. Creality central have me a loop asking for pictures that they cannot recognize as one wire does not have a connector. I’m guessing these are AI generated and keep telling me how concerned they are but not telling me the part number(s).
Any suggestions on how to resolve this? “All wires used when connecting extruder to the printer” should be sufficient! Thanks
Have you tried reaching on to Creality via WhatsApp? I have had a lot of success going that route. I received a CFS with a bad splitter hub and all I did was show them a picture and they knew what was needed.
