Replaced falcon pro 10w motherboard,now have no air assist control

been having some problems with my falcon pro 10w,
creality sent me a new motherboard,
installed it and now have a usb jtag/serial debug unit error saying it cant find drivers.

come to find out that i now have no control over the air assist,
its on full blast all the time and the air adjustment wheel does nothing.

am i missing something?

on the old board everything worked fine except the sd card slot.

cut out a few bed pins this morning to test it and it works as it should,
just cant figure out why the air assist wheel does nothing,ugh its driving me crazy.

Did you update the firmware on the new board?

i tried,
but the same problem as before arose when i inserted the sd card…nothing,
the machine just beeps twice like normal startup,
but the firmware does not get updated.

tried 5 different sd cards.still nothing.

i wonder if the firmware could be flashed from a usb thumb drive through the usb C port?

i dont know what else to try,
just want it to work properly.
