I sure need help ssh-ing into my Ender 3 v3.
I am trying to follow guilouz scripts to set up full (vanilla??) Klipper on my Ender 3 v3. So far not having much luck. As instructed, I upgraded to the latest Creality firmware v1.2.3.28.img. I set up my wifi connection to my router and the Ender 3 V3 was in the router’s client list as: “Ender3v3-950B” Then, from the E3V3 LCD screen, I Ran “Root Account Information”. After a little while it gave me the Account: “root” and password: “creality_ender3v3”. Trying both Putty and MobaXterm I tried to ssh into the E3v3 using: the E3V3’s ip address and User Name “root” with port 22. In both cases a blank screen opened up with no place to enter a password. The screen then timed out after a few seconds. I tried several times. Always the same. I can ping the E3V3 Using Power Shell. I have even temporarily disabled my Windows firewall and anti-virus. Still can’t ssh into the printer. Much searching has brought up a bunch of mostly gobbledygook. I really would appreciate any help anyone could provide as I need to add some things (such as M600) to the Klipper firmware. Thanks, larsord

Thanks so much. But my problem is I’m unable too ssh into my Ender 3 V3. I can ping the printer but when I try to ssh into it, it shows a new screen but no place to enter the password. So I’m unable to use those scripts. Thanks again though. larsord
