Has anyone tried making rubber stamps with their Falcon A1? If so can you please provide me with the settings and a little how to info. Most of YouTube videos are more powerful lasers or CO2 lasers. Thanks
Gonna bumb this question because i Wonder the same thing.
I do stamp rubbers with a very cheap 40W CO2 cutter, but if it works on the A1 I’ll ditch the other one.
If no one can provide an answer, I’ll try it out myself.
On my 40w Falcon2 Pro, I use:
Fill, 1200 mm/minute at 50%(20 watts) - 1 pass
Line - cut out stamp after fill is done - 900mm/min at 50%(20 watts) - 3 passes(could probably do less)
