I practiced with my new ferret at home and was able to get it to work both on my laptop and wifi. Now that I am abroad and trying to use it for a research project I cannot get it to work.
- ferret does not show up as a wifi option.
- when trying to work straight from my laptop (only camera connected to my laptop) the software shuts down before I can get a scan started
Note: I have closed my VPN, updated software and firmware.
I need helpful solutions without a lot of techie jargon. I invested in this product for a project and have a limited time to get the work done.
