We just bought a new K1 Max. We have 5 others that we bought about 2 years ago, and they are all on the same network. We control what’s printing using the Creality Cloud app on an iPad. The problem we’re having is that when we use the app to send a file to the new printer, it won’t print. It will print the file from a thumb drive without a problem.
Creality said that we need to slice the files with the Creality Slicer for them to work. That did work, but we have hundreds of print files already that were sliced with Orca and we don’t want to redo them.
Has anyone else had the same problem and found a workaround?
