Wow, you have a user manual? We didn’t get one with our purchase from Matterhackers - and cannot get parts! Looks like a 2K brick!!
I believe all owners of the Creality Sermoon D3 Pro need to come together and address the widespread issues with this machine. I am another frustrated owner experiencing the same types of problems, including a shocking number of defective parts. For instance, I’ve personally encountered three defective hotends, and that’s if you can even manage to get replacements. It seems these hotends aren’t widely available—likely because Creality is aware of their defects and wants to avoid a flood of returns, which would only highlight the scale of the problem.
After researching and engaging with other users, it’s clear that quality control for this machine is severely lacking. Reports of assembly issues, inconsistent performance, and time-consuming troubleshooting are far too common. I’ve already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and I encourage others to do the same. However, I believe we need to escalate this further by finding legal representation for a potential class-action lawsuit against Creality.
Has anyone encountered a single positive experience with the Sermoon D3 Pro? From what I’ve seen, it’s nothing but nightmare stories for this model. This machine is a poor reflection on Creality as a brand, and it seems clear that it may warrant a recall. If you’re also dealing with these issues, let’s organize and take action—this is beyond individual problems; it’s systemic failure.
