By the noise of the fan of my brand new Sermoon S1, I suspect a broken ball bearing. Could someone please confirm the fan should be fairly silent ?
Also, the calibration process with CrealityScan4 always fails with error code 0x138d. The cross-line laser only appears in Step 1, not in Step 2 to Step 5. Also the parallel laser line does not appear in Step 6. While the single line laser appears in Step 7. Is this normal operation ?
