Set Bed Temperature to 0

This week i started to use Juupine plate, and the indication is to set Bed Temperature to 0 degrees.

But, it is not working, even when setting do 1 (the minimum allowed by creality print) during print process the bed still heat

Does anybody can tell me what i am doing wrong?

Yeah I have not found a way around it. So what I do is I check the current temp and enter that in the slicer program.
