Has anyone had issues with creality, specifically shipping/not receiving an order and creality essentially refusing to resolve the issue? Recently ordered an Ender 3 V3 plus led light bar for $20. Once it was shipped I got a notification from my apartments parcel locker saying I had a package. I went to retrieve it, typed my credentials in, and the kiosk told me I had no packages. I checked the email, found the shipper and photo verification that the package was delivered with all the correct info into a parcel locker. Obviously the shipping company messed up when typing the recipient unit number into the lockers electronic system, my unit is 2007,I’m guessing they typed 207,which would have effectively given my package to another apartment.i reached out to the leasing office and was told they couldn’t get into the lockers and I’d have to contact the seller or shipping provider. The shipping provider is speedx and their website has no contact info, only an AI Q&a system that was no help at all. The only recommendation it has was to contact the seller so I reached out to creality, told them my issue and they sent a response of the photos the shipper had sent me. Essentially it was of my package, with all the correct info, placed in my apt complexes parcel lockers. They asked if the info was correct and I replied yes it’s correct but I wasn’t able to get it out of the locker,I believe they assigned the package to the wrong unit in the system. After much back and forth and extreme frustration I’m getting the feeling that creality does not want to make an attempt to make it right, or just send out another $20 light bar. This really upsets me bc I’m a loyal customer. I’ve bought 3 printers valued at a total of $1500 to $2000, along with $300 in accessories, and various other upgrades. I’ve given many positive reviews and even convinced friends to buy from creality essentially giving them free marketing. Is $20 really worth losing a good customer like me? Well it seems that way. The last message I sent was that if this isn’t resolved either with a replacement or refund then I would officially be switching to Prusa or possibly elegoo, last resort is bambu. If this is how they treat repeat high dollar customers who need help with a $20 item just shows that they A. Don’t care and B. Money over long term customers. Makes no sense to me but I’m sticking to it. If I lose my $20 bc of no fault of my own then I will not be buying anything creality anymore including filament and replacement parts such as nozzles or anything. Customer service has been horrible. Has anyone else struggled with this? Did they make it right? Do you feel like creality appreciates its customers? Do you feel like they don’t give a damn unless it means they’re profiting? I do now. Ridiculous,I was so close to getting that sweet deal on the k2 plus combo for $1381, planned on buying it during black Friday, however the prusa core one l just released, checks all my boxes, and although slightly more expensive, they are known for being superior and they are going to be multicolor compatible. Bottom line for anyone reading this, of your deliveries get sent to a parcel locker, there’s a chance you may not get it, and if the delivery info provided was correct as mine was, creality will treat you like you’re trying to scam them to get another one free. Anyways I know it’s TLDR so I’ll drop it for now. Just wondering what your experience with customer service has been and if they’ve taken care of your problems or basically told you tough ■■■■.
