Should I buy CFS? Does CFS work with Moonraker/Fluidd?

So I have seen a lot of people having issues with the CFS systems, but for others it seems to work fine. I am not sure if I want to go through the hassle. My K1 Max is printing fine, it is my only printer I do not want to risk breaking it.

Also I have not rooted my printer yet and still use the Creality slicer, but I wanted to root it and use something like Moonraker or Fluidd, is that compatible with the CFS system or is it better to keep using creality firmware and slicer with the CFS System?

My K1 MAX + CFS is rooted with Fluidd/Helper Script and prints fine. Before you root make sure you restore to factory or you can run into some funky stuff…

I made this mistake, don’t make it. I don’t recommend purchasing CFS for the K1 series.

I have upgraded now and I like it. It just prints as good as before. The installation was kinda difficult but I had no issues yet.

So why would you not recommend it?
