Bottom color bleeds into upper layers of these letters. Using Hi with 0.2 nozzle and 0.1 layer, Hyper PLA, all else standard. Tried different fonts, font size and bold. Always some artifacts in lower layer copied up to top. Also, and not a serious issue, I could not get the height range (0.1) synchronized with the letter extrusion of .5. There is a thin white layer under the start of the letter. Any suggestions please, and yes they are visible in the print?
Think I could work around the problem by using one color and a pause with manual filament change!!!
Sort of got it working by using a simple bold font and ironing. Looks good enough but is not a satisfactory solution!
