Slicer sending print head out of range in the y axis

Hello,

Trying to make a print on my sparx i7. On the first color change only, one line in the g code sends the print head to y355, which is way out off range. Reslicing it multiple times and it continues to put that line in. Any suggestions?

Hello ! Can you check your “Filament change” g-code in the slicer ? It could come from there

Also, did it work before ? Did you do an update of the firmware recently ?

Just double check it is picking the correct printer.

I got a similar issues before. I accidentally select my K1 Max profile and send it to the Spark x i7.

If that is the correct profile. Close the slicer and reopen it and re-slice the model. Sometime if the computer memory / storage is running low the gcode file might be corrupted.
