After replacing the defective main cable, I started getting occasional errors with the strain gauge sensor. Also, occasionally, the table would crash into the extruder nozzle. I got the printer working by fiddling with the gauge connector at the back of the tool head, which was loose. I had a similar issue with the heat-break fan connector, which also resulted in errors. I have solved these issues by inserting a small wooden wedge into the socket and pushing the locking tab to immobilise the cable. I ran through several gobs now and did not get any more errors.
