SOLVED: Why is this happening in Creality Print?

Onlayer 4 a random blue circle appears and is ruining the white look. It only shows up on layer 4 and I have tried everything from changing the size, the infill, and still dont know whats creating it.- turns out moving the white down one layer completly removed the circle all together, no idea why but it worked.

Could be bottom shell layers or wall loops see if reducing it does anything.

It currently has 3 bottom shell layers, I have reduced it to 1 and the circle shows up on 2.

It has 2 wall loops, even when I reduce or increase the wall loops it still shows up as well. Iā€™m stumped and add the 3mf
