The first few prints was great but since then every time I try to print the filament just not adhere to the bed or create spikes and reliefs between lanes that ends hitting the nozzle and pushing the entire print out.

Other problems:
The PLA filament continuously comes out of the nozzle when it reaches the temperature.
Without seeing the print from above I would say that your nozzle is too far from the bed and thus isn’t squishing the filament into the bed. Adjust your z-offset.
I had the same problem with my new printer.
When I set bed temperature to 70 it measures 60 on an IR meter.
Measure the bed and see if you should raise the temperature.
That worked for me anyway.
