Creality Support no help when installing Sonic Pad it gets to Step 4 and no further message Klipper is trying to connect to printer try again in a few moments I can try again all day long never connects I have tried suggestions in details no help there either
have you connected the USB cable to the correct port on the sonic pad. Only one port is used to communicate with the printer. This is normally shown during the setup procedure.

Yes I have followed the full procedure
