I’ve plugged the Nebula cam on Sonic Pad and it’s working fine on the web interface and pad’s screen but it doesn’t work with Creality Cloud app. I’d like to see realtime printing through my phone. Do I have to configure anything else?
I’m in the same situation. I got my E5+ running on the sonic pad and the camera hooked up quite easily, but I don’t see the sonic pad in my workbench on creality cloud. When I try to add it, I’m prompted to sign on through the sonic pad. My sonic pad is logged on, but only shows files to print but nothing to give creality cloud access.
I know this is a year late and there have been various firmware and software updates since but I was initially in the same situation with an Ender 5 S1 and Sonic Pad.
I could see it in Creality Print (6.2) - including the camera - but not in Cloud despite it being signed in to Creality Cloud.
The a day later it appears in Cloud . But still no camera.
I can now see both the printer and the camera in Print and on the Web but still no camera on Cloud. It says no camera is detected in Cloud despite it being detected everywhere else
Having the camera in the Cloud is the main way I monitor my prints and works perfectly with my K1 Max but not Sonic pad…
