New Sparkx, tirst print shows blurred image on camera. On further investigation I found the protective cover can be rotated but now it just shows the original blurred image. Previously it was updating but blurred, now it is just showing the blurred image from before I moved the cover.

Have you restarted the printer? Does it react to other commands over the network?
I’ve printed a couple of small jobs so I assume everything else is OK. I’ve not restarted CrealityPrint though.

OK, that has solved the problem. restart printere and PC and it now shows a clear image.

Glad that it is working now. Yes. 3d printer is like a computer. When it acts up. Most of the time after the restart it or factory reset it will back to normal.
