Looks like they might be from the extruder no?
Did some work recently on the hotend (swapped it from the standard one to the unicorn) have seen no springs…
Reminder: make photos if you dissassemble parts and there are many loose parts!
Does it have Springs? 
Springs are behind thet small cover above the board, pushing the bushing against the shaft.
Then he disassembled something that was not needed to disassemble
