Hi everyone,
I have an Ender 3 Pro and I recently purchased a Creality Sprite Extruder Pro Kit.
My setup is a Creality 4.2.7 mainboard running Klipper.
Before wiring everything up, I want to avoid any risk of damaging components. My main concern is the native compatibility between the Sprite Extruder Pro wiring harness and a BLTouch probe.
I currently use a BLTouch, and I’m unsure whether:
-
The Sprite Extruder Pro probe connector pinout is directly compatible with BLTouch, or
-
The Sprite harness is designed mainly for CR-Touch, meaning the BLTouch would require repinning or rewiring.
I’ve attached two photos for reference:
Photo 1:
Shows the probe port on the Creality 4.2.7 mainboard + red connector to Z
Photo 2:
Shows the 5-pin connector from the Sprite Extruder Pro wiring harness, which is intended for the probe connection. I’m not sure if the wire order/pinout matches the BLTouch requirements or if it is wired specifically for CR-Touch.
Has anyone here successfully used a Sprite Extruder Pro Kit + BLTouch on a Creality 4.2.7 board with Klipper?
Does the Sprite probe connector work natively with BLTouch, or is repinning/adapting required?
Any confirmation, wiring diagrams, or real-world experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
