Would anyone have feedback on the back rollers where the belts go around? It seems like one of them on my K2 plus is squeaking when making rapid movements. Would the bearing be gone in it?? I used some silicone lubricant on it and it worked for a few days. The printer is usually printing 18 hours every day. Any ideas……?
I have the same issue. Creality support provided these two links to me for performing maintenance. If I do this regularly it prevents the squeaking, however coming from another printer with a similar gantry mechanism that never squeaked after years of use, I’m disappointed.
On my machine the roller bearings accumulate material from the belts (possibly because the belt height in relation to the bearing height results in excessive friction). I suspected that this is the cause of the squeaking because I originally just cleaned off that material and the squeaking stopped, however it may also be the roller bearings themselves.
