I have tried all that Tech Support gave me on the chat but to no avail. I am 71 years old and I thought I was reasonably computer literate but what they told me to do was beyond me. If anyone has had this problem while setting up after unboxing, please let me know. The machine still works in Canvas but not lightburn. Many thanks, Kev
