Can someone help with a fine string of filament all over the model. This has happened with a couple of different models.

Welcome to the Creality Forum…! 
It looks like you need to set the retraction settings in your slicer:
Retraction.
Retraction distance.
Retraction Speed.
By default they should work but different printers and nozzles need adjustments.
This will pull the filament back into the nozzle so it won’t leak out on your model in places it shouldn’t.
What slicer are you using…?
Nozzle Temp…?
Printer…?
Look for a “retraction” setting…
