hi all,
recently imported a 3v3 plus fro china to SA and it doesnt show me an option to change language into english. tried updating firmware from creality official and says installation failed.
when i downloaded firmware from creality.cn the chinese version of creality official, it worked to upgrade. but i have v1.2.3.23 on the printer and could only go to v1.2.3.22
tried to update to v1.2.3.8 (the only file of firmware that creality official has) didnt work still through a installation failed message,
tried to connect to my app aswell and still didnt work. it kept saying reset network and try again, tried that 5 times, didnt work.
please help
