Supports for models in Creality Print 7.1.1.4472

I have recently upgraded to CP 7.1.1.4472. First thing I noticed is that all the local files on my K1 MAX have been deleted. Is there a reason for this? Secondly, I want to add supports to some of my models. I have looked everywhere (I think) but I am unable to find the tab / menu / button. Please can someone point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance. Paul

… updating CP should not delete any stored files… for as far as I know, files on the printer are only deleted with a firmware upgrade… So always keep your Gcode-files stored on your computer as backup!

I do store the model files on my PC but this was the first update that had erased them on the K1MAX.

This was all I was seeing on my screen and thanks to your reply I spotted a very small arrow in a semi-circle on the extreme right of the screen which then displayed the familiar menu. All good now - thank you. Paul

I recently did a factory reset on my printer and that asked what files on the printer I wanted to delete. I choose none so they all survived. May not help you out now but maybe in the future.
