TE2509 K2 Plus Unable to obtain nozzle Temp

This is the 2nd time today when I was trying to print same file. First time I thought it was a glitch shut machine off and turn it on and was able to print something different. tried same print again and threw same error, unable to get past error.
Support never seems online and who knows when they will respond but machine is useless at the moment.

Have a look at this wiki page might have something.

Thanks for the reply. I have unplugged and reseated both no luck. I did find how to upload faults to creality in the machine so hopefully that gets me some answers. I obviously don’t have a spare hot end so it is a dead machine at the moment.
I have unplugged the machine, not sure a factory reset will do anything, but I might try that if creality doesn’t get back to me.

try a factory reset after doing the firmware update …it gives the option to clear out old gcode files …i did this and so far so good

Factory Reset fixed the issue so far. Kinda sucked due to the fact that filamament was loaded and there was no way to unload it other than taking hot end and gear box off to snip it and then put it back together to do the reset. The machine would not allow the reset with filament loaded. I wonder if a bad sliced file caused this issue? It was the same file I was trying to print when it it happened. I was trying to print the color swatch wheel.

Back to same issue. Opened ticket with creality. Unplugged unit and then attempted reset again. Seems like it is working again. Not sure if there is a bad connection or faulty board in there. Seems like if I can get it to print the next print causes issues. Then I start the troubleshooting process all over again.

I order a new print head from Amazon as creality is taking too long to ship one. Installed machine did self test and printed benchy the. Unit shut down and errors started again. Thing is a piece of junk. Received on January 2 and unit stopped working 5 days later and hasn’t worked since.

So, back to this issue. 2 New Nozzle heads did not resolve the issue. Creality shipped me Part# 2101030239 PCBA (Front connections for Nozzle), This part didn’t seem to resolve my issue. They also shipped 2101020285 (Back circuitboard on nozzle assembly). This one takes a little work to get it off and then back on. Hoping the combination of both boards and a lot of waiting for parts this does the trick to get this machine up and functional.

Hello ryan_levandoski,

Well, after all that work, lets hope you now have it back to good times !

Please let us know how it goes.

Cheers.
