I want to make a template/plate for positioning the rotary kit to switch fast between the rotary kit and the normal engraving mode.
I know the dimensions of the falcon 2 pro listed on the website. 664 × 570 × 328
What I couldn’t find is the dimensions between the foot screw holes (see drawing) so I can drill 4 holes into the sheet itself for positioning purposes.
There is a realted topic for the dimensions of the falcon 2 - but the holes arent the same at the pro model - there is only 1 hole in each corner.
I could measure it with a measuring tape but not sure if that would be precise enough for you to drill a hole. Maybe the staff has the exact plans, I would ask.
I am planning to build an alignment jig for my Falcon2-Pro (40w), and the drawing you posted before is missing the offsets above and below the working area, and also the diameter of the feet. I can probably use guage-blocks and cutouts for the feet to do precision offsets and wing-it, but it would be useful to have full dimensional drawings.
Does anyone have the dimensions for the bottom and top offsets + the diameter of the feet? If not, I will try to remember to post them here once I get everything set up.
