Technical Support

The purpose of this post is to express my appreciation to Creality’s Technical Support team.

I was, unfortunately, sent a Sparkx i7 printers, twice (returned first defective printer, then sent a second defective printer).

Technical Support, doing what they have to do based on a “script" as to what to do if a purchaser has issues, defects with their printers. But, based on my experiences with both printers, the help I was given was not given to me, nor was my issues ever dealt with.

But, my demands (which I won’t reveal) were enough for Creality to refund my original purchase (after returning the second printer).

Not that this post is meant to create a template for anyone, everyone, to use to use to over-step the bounds of trying to get away with fraud.

Let me state that Creality does produce quality products, I just happen to be one of those unlucky people who got caught up in that “dark cloud.”
