Recently, my 3D printer unexpectedly emitted an error alert indicating “Nozzle temperature is too low.” This issue occurred without any prior warning. I initially attempted to resolve the problem by restarting the print; however, within approximately five minutes, the nozzle temperature began fluctuating significantly—rising to around 210°C, dropping to 160°C, and then increasing again to approximately 208°C.
Additionally, when I powered on the printer the following day without initiating any print job, the nozzle temperature reading displayed 150°C despite no usage. After some time, the temperature suddenly returned to room temperature on its own.
This issue always happens 10-15 minutes into every print. I have uploaded a video of this on youtube. Could. somebody guide me as to what the problem may be and how to resolve it?
